INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR DETAILS AND REQUIREMENTS

• Base Pay $.93 cents per mile loaded and $.93 cents per mile empty. Mileage is based on our current version of PC Miler 
• Base plate included -- Above Par will pay 100% of the base plate 
• No Escrow or upfront money due at sign up
• Drivers average 2700 to 3300 miles per week 
• Fuel Surcharge is passed through 100% to Owner Operator
• Fuel & Mileage Taxes paid 100% by Above Par
• Customer paid Detention and/or Layover Pay is 80% to Owner Operator 
• Stop Off pay is $75 for each additional pickup or delivery 
• Lumpers reimbursed with a valid receipt
• EFS Fuel card provided at no cost 
• Owner Operator receives 100% of Above Par’s discount fuel pricing at Loves and Pilot/Flying J fuel centers.  This can average more than $.10 / gallon
• Work Comp/Occupational Accident Insurance available upon request
• Physical damage and non-trucking liability insurance available upon request
• Paid Settlement every Friday for all paperwork turned in by Monday at 5PM. Direct deposit available
• Transflo at Pilot/Flying J and Loves is at no cost to Owner Operator.
• Above Par’s freight is 60% Reefer and 40% Dry Van. You will be asked to pull both types of freight
• Majority of freight lanes are Midwest, Southwest, West, and Ohio Valley. Minority of lanes go to the Northeast, Southeast and South 
• We ask for at least 7 Days notice for all home time requests, unless it is an emergency.
